USER AGREEMENT
for the CredoVPN service
Revision dated 11 April 2026.
This User Agreement governs use of the CredoVPN service provided by Dolphin LLC (ООО «Дельфин»), INN 6633019190, OGRN 1126633001153, Russian Federation, Yekaterinburg, hereinafter the “Contractor,” and sets user rights, obligations, limits, and conduct rules.
By using credovpn.ru, Telegram bots, interfaces, payment forms, access configurations, technical infrastructure, and other official CredoVPN channels, the user confirms they have read this Agreement, understand it, and accept it in full.
This Agreement applies together with the Public Offer, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, No-Logs Policy, Subscription Terms, and other CredoVPN documents published by the Contractor.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Contractor and the user arising from use of the CredoVPN service.
1.2. This Agreement is binding on all users, whether they use trial or paid access, the Telegram bot, the website, support, or other service features.
1.3. The user shall use the service only in compliance with:
- this Agreement;
- the Public Offer;
- other service documents;
- applicable law.
1.4. If the user does not agree with this Agreement, they must stop using the service.
2. Definitions
2.1. CredoVPN Service / Service — digital, network, software, and organizational solutions provided by the Contractor as CredoVPN, including the website, Telegram bots, access management interfaces, technical infrastructure, connection configurations, and support.
2.2. User — an individual, sole proprietor, representative of a legal entity, or other person using CredoVPN.
2.3. Access — the ability to use the service within the period, plan, configuration, and features provided by the Contractor.
2.4. Account — data that identifies the user in the service interface, Telegram bot, support system, or access system.
2.5. Supported application — the WireGuard app for which the Contractor provides technical support for using the service.
2.6. Unsupported application — any app, protocol, client, program, or solution not recognized by the Contractor as a supported connection method.
2.7. User content — messages, tickets, screenshots, images, files, problem descriptions, payment proofs, and other materials sent through service and support interfaces.
3. Purpose of the service
3.1. CredoVPN is intended to provide the user with remote secure network access through the Contractor’s infrastructure.
3.2. The service is provided digitally, remotely over the Internet, without a physical medium.
3.3. The Contractor provides:
- network infrastructure access;
- configuration data and instructions;
- access management interfaces;
- payment and renewal options;
- limited technical support for using the service via supported WireGuard.
3.4. The Contractor is not the developer of WireGuard and is not responsible for third-party software except where directly tied to the Contractor’s own infrastructure.
4. Right to use the service
4.1. The user receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful personal or internal purposes within purchased access and this Agreement.
4.2. The user acquires no rights to source code, infrastructure, branding, design, architecture, databases, or other IP of the Contractor beyond lawful use under this Agreement.
4.3. The user shall use the service only in ways expressly provided by the Contractor.
5. Supported app and connection limits
5.1. Technical support is provided only for connecting and using the service through WireGuard.
5.2. If the user uses other apps (e.g. OpenVPN, V2Ray, Clash, Shadowsocks, Nekobox, AnyConnect, etc.), the Contractor may:
- decline consultation on those apps;
- not fix issues caused by their use;
- refer the user to those apps’ developers;
- recommend switching to supported WireGuard.
5.3. Unsupported apps are used at the user’s own risk.
5.4. Inability to use the service through an unsupported app is not by itself a service defect or breach by the Contractor.
6. Registration, identification, and account
6.1. Certain features may require identification or contact data, including Telegram ID, email, payment data, and other information needed to operate the service.
6.2. The user shall provide accurate information sufficient for:
- access provisioning;
- payment confirmation;
- support;
- refund review;
- fraud and abuse prevention.
6.3. The user is responsible for:
- device security;
- security of Telegram, email, and other interfaces used;
- confidentiality of configurations, QR codes, files, and access parameters.
6.4. The user may not share access data, configs, connection files, QR codes, or connection means with third parties unless expressly allowed.
7. Rules of use
7.1. The user shall use the service in good faith and within the law.
7.2. The user must not use the service to:
- commit unlawful acts;
- distribute malware;
- phish, spam, or automate abuse;
- gain unauthorized access to IT systems;
- run DDoS, credential stuffing, vulnerability scanning, infrastructure attacks, or similar;
- infringe third-party rights;
- circumvent restrictions for purposes clearly unlawful.
7.3. The user shall not:
- disrupt normal service operation;
- interfere with servers, interfaces, bot, site, or API;
- access other users’ configs or data;
- bypass technical limits;
- impose disproportionate load on infrastructure.
7.4. The user may not:
- copy, decompile, modify, or analyze internal architecture beyond what law permits;
- resell or rent access;
- publish or distribute personally issued access;
- use the service as part of a commercial VPN offering without written consent.
8. Restrictions and prohibitions
8.1. The user shall refrain from actions that may harm:
- the Contractor;
- other users;
- third parties;
- technical infrastructure;
- the service’s business reputation.
8.2. Prohibited conduct includes:
- sharing access configs with others;
- using one access contrary to technical limits;
- creating multiple accounts to bypass limits or repeat trials;
- sending false information or fake payment proofs to support;
- abusing refunds;
- fraudulent use of support or the service.
8.3. The Contractor may determine signs of abuse based on objective technical and organizational data.
9. User content and support
9.1. The user may send support messages, problem descriptions, screenshots, documents, and other materials needed for help.
9.2. The user shall not send through support:
- unlawful content;
- malware;
- materials infringing third-party rights;
- spam;
- knowingly false information;
- excessive sensitive data unrelated to the ticket.
9.3. By sending content, the user confirms they:
- may lawfully provide the materials;
- provide them voluntarily;
- understand they may be used to handle the ticket, diagnose issues, and resolve disputes.
9.4. The Contractor may store and process tickets as needed to:
- resolve technical or payment issues;
- improve support;
- prevent abuse;
- protect its rights and legitimate interests.
10. Paid access, trial, and subscription
10.1. Use may be provided:
- as a limited free trial;
- on a paid basis under a selected plan;
- on other terms shown in the interface.
10.2. Available periods may include:
- 24-hour trial;
- 1 month;
- 3 months;
- 6 months;
- 1 year.
10.3. Payment, connection, renewal, and refunds are governed by the Public Offer, Refund Policy, the specific plan, and the interface.
10.4. The user shall verify:
- plan parameters;
- access period;
- currency and payment method;
- amount due;
- correctness of payment details.
10.5. Unless the interface provides otherwise, access is time-limited to the paid period and ends until renewed.
11. User support
11.1. Support is provided through:

- other official channels.
11.2. Support covers:
- service access;
- WireGuard connection;
- payment and subscription issues;
- refunds;
- basic diagnostics within the supported scenario.
11.3. Support does not guarantee resolution for issues caused by:
- unsupported apps;
- user actions;
- user hardware specifics;
- local network, ISP, device, or software limits;
- third-party services or programs.
11.4. The Contractor may use automated support flows, ticket classification, escalation to operators, and other internal request handling.
12. Contractor rights
12.1. The Contractor may:
- change service structure, components, parameters, and interface;
- change plans, servers, payment methods, and features;
- restrict or terminate access for Agreement breaches;
- set technical usage limits;
- suspend the service for maintenance;
- update policies and terms;
- decline support unrelated to supported use.
12.2. The Contractor may take reasonable protective measures, including:
- limiting suspicious activity;
- blocking abusive connections;
- limiting repeated trial use;
- restricting access pending investigation when fraud or violations are suspected.
13. User liability
13.1. The user is responsible for:
- accuracy of provided information;
- lawful use;
- security of devices and credentials;
- compliance with this Agreement;
- consequences of sharing configs/access;
- consequences of unsupported apps.
13.2. If the user’s actions cause:
- infrastructure damage;
- disputes with third parties;
- Contractor losses;
- blocking or investigations by third parties;
- extra costs to investigate abuse,
the Contractor may take measures under this Agreement and applicable law.
14. Limitation of Contractor liability
14.1. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
14.2. The Contractor does not guarantee:
- absolute uptime;
- operation in every country, network, and device;
- absence of restrictions from ISPs, regulators, datacenters, payment intermediaries, or others;
- compatibility with all devices and programs;
- operation through unsupported apps.
14.3. The Contractor is not liable for:
- inability to use the service for reasons beyond the Contractor;
- issues caused by the user;
- losses from use or inability to use;
- unlawful use by the user;
- third-party actions;
- traffic throttling, filtering, or blocking by third parties;
- indirect losses, lost profit, data loss, reputational harm, or other indirect consequences.
14.4. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant paid access period unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
15. Intellectual property
15.1. Rights to the website, Telegram bots, interfaces, texts, graphics, architecture, support flows, databases, logos, names, and other service elements belong to the Contractor or are used on lawful grounds.
15.2. The user may not use Contractor IP beyond what is necessary for lawful personal use of the service.
16. Privacy and data processing
16.1. Personal and technical data processing is governed by the CredoVPN Privacy Policy.
16.2. By using the service, the user agrees to processing as needed for:
- access;
- payments;
- support;
- security;
- Contractor obligations.
16.3. No-logging of network activity is governed by a separate No-Logs Policy if published.
17. Suspension and termination
17.1. The Contractor may suspend or terminate access if:
- this Agreement is breached;
- there is abuse or fraud;
- there is unauthorized use;
- third-party rights are infringed;
- unsupported scenarios bypass service limits;
- other grounds under the Public Offer, service rules, or law apply.
17.2. Suspension or termination does not release the user from obligations that arose before termination.
17.3. Termination for breach does not by itself create an automatic right to a refund.
18. Changes to the Agreement
18.1. The Contractor may amend this Agreement at any time without individual notice.
18.2. A new version takes effect upon publication unless the text states otherwise.
18.3. The user shall monitor the current Agreement version.
18.4. Continued use after publication means acceptance.
19. Applicable law and disputes
19.1. Russian law applies unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
19.2. Parties shall seek to resolve disputes amicably via negotiation and official support channels.
19.3. If amicable resolution fails, disputes are handled as provided by applicable law.
